Front Page Retraction?

OK- I posted last month about a frustrating customer service issue, which sparked a very heated conversation! The lighter was delayed and my frustrations mounted, but Tim at cigar.com made it right. He took care of me and shipped a replacement out ASAP. I was satisfied and had forgotten about the original order, however... the first lighter just arrived! So I have to give a special thanks to Tim and cigar.com for taking my situation seriously and making me feel like a valuable customer. I didn't want to bury this in the old, unread thread. I wanted everyone to know that Tim really did a fantastic job!!!

If your having trouble call in or email Tim Blythe he will hook you up. My last order I place in a personal email and Asked for it to be shipped USPS to California... it was here in 3 days....... the order before that I places on line in the checkout and it took 2 weeks UPS. Its a No Brainer for me! Thanks Tim! OUTSTANDING Customer Service! CCOM Rocks
