Postin pics help

So I transferred my photo to my email and then posted the URL in post. The problem is its not posting the pic. Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong when I post it the url adress is just written on the post but no pic.

Not quite sure if I follow, but I always upload to Photobucket and then copy the "Img URL" box and then past it into the code for formatting your img post. Check out this thread for a little more help:
