Poker Slob:Great job Jay...keep it going. How's the wife do I g in her quest to quit?
LiquidChaos66:Keep up the good work! Once you are all done just start using nicotine free juices. Then learn to build your own atomizers!!!! That's what I'm doing now. It's fun and the flavor differences are unbelievable!
curtpick:Smoked for 30+ plus years Jay. Did the electronic thing and it did help. I quit 2 yrs ago February and still have urges and know I always will. Resign yourself to knowing its an addiction is step 1. Find your habits ie... smoking after you eat.....with your coffee in the morning ,and other mannerisms such as putting your hand to your mouth, crossing your fingers when you hold a cig ... for some examples. Now pick one of those habits and eliminate one at a time in your daily routine, in other words pick your battle plan and win the battle before thinking you can win the complete war. Believe in yourself and be proud. You can beat it !

New Boots:Update: I'm still at 0 smokes on the year! Ok, 22 days. My vape usage is dwindling slowly. The wife broke and had 1 cig in a drunken moment, and said it was absolutely horrible!

Rain:Thinking about doing this as well.Thinking and doing are two different things, though! I can go any 4 day with out smoking, first day at work....light up. Might need to lay off cigars for a bit, I think having the nicotine in my system from gars makes the return to cigarettes not as a painful as it should be.
Bob Luken:Congratulations. You should feel proud you've made it a reality. In fact I think you should change the title of your thread now to something big like "Now Nine Months Cigarette Free!"
