Unicorn Diaries
Hey guys! Going to try and keep track of my likes and dislikes here and maybe be a little entertaining as well, because as we all know, I am a complete noob and I'm not even going to pretend that I can comment on flavor profiles and history of cigars, etc. Just so everyone knows what's up, I got into cigars very recently…

MUWAT Kentucky Fire Cured By Drew Estate
Tried my first Kentucky Fire. Ridiculous!! I couldn't believe the amazing taste and aroma of BBQ! The notes of oak and hickory lingers on your taste buds with a smooth finish that is awesome! Drew did it again! Will be offering these to my buddies!

Merlion
What do you guys think? Seen a few in my local B&M and keep glancing at them. The bands pretty but how's the smoke? Worth it straight out the door or best to let it sit for a good while? Thanks ahead of time guys.

Top three you want to try...
If you boys are like me I am constantly on the lookout for new brands or cigars to try out. I have plenty I love in my humi but variety is the spice of life right? Three stogies I am looking to try soon include the A Turrent Triple play, Casa Magna, and Ave Maria. What are the top three you are looking to try?

Martel's Marvelous Musings on Magnificent Miasmas of Merit
Okay, enough alliteration. I'm a noob. But I also think I have a decent palate (it's the only one I've got, so I'm partial to it), and I know what I like. Even though I make a living communicating in various forms, I'm not going to claim to be a professional writer. Neither am I going to attempt to have a set rubric for my…

Been out of the mix
Hi folks, I wanted to toss a question on here because it seems like the best forum for it. I've really kind of been out of the mix for 2 years now, i used to frequent and post on the forums a fair amount, but i know things can definitely change, certain brands can take off, others can start to perhaps "suffer" on their QC…

Arturo Fuente Añejo "50" review
Recently, I smoked what I consider to be one of the best cigars I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I figured I would review it and hopefully others will have a similarly excellent experience. It is a stick that needs no introduction: the Arturo Fuente Añejo. Nicknamed by some BOTL’s as “Opus X maduro”, this cigar is…

An Open Letter to Rocky Patel: a story of why I will NEVER touch another RP branded cigar in my life
This is a story of my experiences with Rocky Patel as a brand, interacting with Nish Patel, and how to **not** interact with your "customers"... Wanted to post while thoughts are fresh in my mind, pics will be uploaded tomorrow..... (EDIT 3/16/15 morning: Fixed typos/phrasing, uploaded pics, and added more context) (Edit…

Specifically the Xikar x4,.... specifically.
Anybody used one of these? I guess I never noticed them before. x4 has a slightly different design from the xi2 and xi3 models. All of the x4 seem to be branded with company logos (CI, CAO, RP, Oliva) and I've only seen them offered by online retailers. And, they aren't on the Xikar website. I'm looking for x4 user…

CLE Eiroa
So, last night I'm hangin' out at my local cigar lounge and browsing the countertop humidor when these catch my eye. I'd never heard of Eiroa cigars, but they looked intriguing so I snagged one and sparked it up. Wow! What a great stick! Construction was sound, draw was perfect, burn was even all the way through, and the…
