Saw this on another forum, thought I share with you guys. http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2010/01/30/2805695.htm?section=justin A half-smoked cigar abandoned by former British prime minister Winston Churchill has sold for more than $7,000. The cigar was tossed aside by Mr Churchill as he headed to an urgent meeting of his cabinet in 1941 and was kept as a souvenir by a member of his domestic staff. Mr Churchill smoked thousands of cigars during his time as prime minister and 69 years later this particular one still carries a personalised label bearing his name. The cigar only survived because instead of discarding it the member of his staff sent it to a friend. She wrote on Downing Street paper that it was a souvenir of one of the greatest men who ever lived in England

This doesn't quite fit into the 'best cigar under $4' category ;)

Oh, I dunno. Probably cost less than $4 when new!

4 reals, I bet he got a really sweet deal on them too considering "Churchill stocked between 3,000 and 4,000 cigars, mainly Cuban" - CA
