in Cigar 101
i just bought my first cigars and a small humidor,how do i use the southport round humidifier?should i soak it in distill water first?

    Welcome. There have been many threads on seasoning a humidor. Search in the box in the upper right hand corner and you will get all the info you need.

    I use beads in my two large humidors and the humidifier puck and a Drymistat (sp?) tube in my small one. I usually spray my humidifier with distilled water until it drips a little. Then I let it dry over a paper towel and then put it back in my humidor.
