Sorry to bring this thread back on track, but........................ I have a PE resting for the closing on the sale of my condo. All the lawyer stuff is finished and most of it's been approved, just waiting on FHA approval and it should be a done deal.
I don't know if I'm more excited about the sale or the PE! -

I was thinking about picking up a 5er, but I have way to many cigars resting/aging right now that it doesnt make sense for me to pick anything up right now.
