    Oz - This is still on. I was planning on revisiting it come the 1st of the year to start solidifying RSVPs.

    Joe - A rental would be cheaper than a taxi methinks... you're talking at least 30 miles one way. On the flip side, there's more than one BOTL in the area (as Oz already pointed out) that would likely be willing to help with transportation. All depends on what kind of flexibility you want. Also, I thought there was another 1 or 2 guys from SoCal that were interested, and you guys were talking about carpool? Updates on that?

    Yeah, the carpool isn't gonna work...it sounds like a good idea to talk about it, but 9 hours drive time sucks and there are not enough people to make the gas split cost effective. And an hour flight is way more attractive to me anyway.

    I can deal with getting picked up if it saves a rental, not like I'm gonna be going all over hell and back.
