Today I finally bought an XL after looking at them for a few years. I'm really excited to try it out on some butts and briskets this summer. They are supposed to be able to hold thier temp for ever without much work. I was wondering if anyone else has one and maybe has some good tips for me. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go grill up some steaks!!!

I wish I had the cash for an EGG. I also hear they are great a holding temps. I have seen people make great things with them from the standard smoked meats to pizza. Good luck.0
