B and M???

Being a newbie, I know when you guys use this term you are referring to a cigar shop, but what does B and M stand for? Thanks.

    Brick and Mortar. Basically a physical location cigar shop.

    No kidding. There's one in La Mesa that is just 2-4 bucks a stick over the other B&M's I frequent. He has some fantastic beer so I still drop in and only buy 1-2 sticks when I can.
