Our 236th Marine Corps Birthday Ball was last night! We had a blast. I was in the Ceremony as Line Escort. Did my sword detail and proceded to have a few drinks after! The Birthday Ball is always a good time! Happy Birthday to all the Marines out there...former and present! Once a Marine, Always a Marine! Semper Fidelis.

All the Casinos get booked up quick. We could have done Vegas but that would strap the young guys for cash with paying for rooms, heavy drinking and gambling. Then its Vegas...no telling what kind of crap the young, drunk, rowdy Marine is gonna get into! It was agreed we'd book at a Casino locally that has the closest opening to Nov 10th and it was a week out! Everything went as planned and all had a great evening with no incidents!0
