Tonight I smoked a Macanudo Maduro Vintage 1997 Toro.
Overall, I am very pleased with the cigar. It didn't have a great flavor to start off, but once the cigar opened up (about 10 or 15 minutes) I really enjoyed it. The flavor was constantly changing, and ranged from spice, to chocolate, to leather, to peppermint (yes, peppermint!). It wasn't my favorite cigar, by any means, but I am really glad I tried it. I doubt I will buy more any time soon, but if someone gave it to me for a present, or something, I would certainly be happy.
PS: It was a pretty powerful stick, too. I usually don't get buzzes from cigars anymore, but I am feeling this one right now.0 -
Smoking the "Tabak Especial by Drew Estate, Cafecita Negra, Maduro"...I really like this little dudes, bought a tin of ten for those quick fix moments and I don't regret it.

I've just recently discovered the PDR's and they are quickly becoming a favorite of mine the Connie's a bit mild but still a good smoke. But I have loved all the rest I got in the sampler. Gonna have to get some more.bigharpoon:
