A few days ago Vision asked if anybody had heard of Tabacalera Tropical,, I knew a little about them, But hadnt seen the stick he was asking about, so I started doing some research and actually learned that many more blenders than I was aware of, have used their factories. I even read how DPG had ties to the company early in his career. Nowadays It seems the company is most notably associated with Casa Fernadez and Aganorsa leaf tobacco , I also read that Aganorsa is an acronym for Agricola Norteña S.A.
Anyhow Peter was very kind and thoughtful enough to send me a few sticks to sample. I tried one and I must say I am impressed, It was a very nice smoke with a floral aroma and taste. Burned excellent with a great draw and abaundant smoke...no issues.. Nubbed it!!!! Thank you Peter for sharing your find with me, love trying new cigars and this one was very enjoyable.. Much appreciated brother!!!
