Verdadero Organic - what am I tasting?

So my search for a cigar with a short finish led me to Verdadero Oranic (thanks to everyone who helped - I love the short finish and nice, thick smoke on this thing). But I'm tasting something in this cigar that I've never tasted before - anyone know what it is?
It doesn't really taste good, but it doesn't taste bad, just . . . a tad unpleasant I'd say; it's in the taste and smell of the cigar with every puff.

Raisin. It's the only cigar I've ever had with an inescapable, dominant, up-from raisin flavor.

I second this. the natural soils from mambacho give off a very dominant flavor of raisin, espeically on the leaves at the top of the plant.JF:Raisin. It's the only cigar I've ever had with an inescapable, dominant, up-from raisin flavor. -

thanks all; I didn't really care for it the first time I smoked. Not sure if it's because I'd couldn't ID it, or because I just don't raisin in my cigars. Guess I need to smoke a few more just to make sure
