I receintly purchased a new humidor and it came with the Xikar humidifer and hygrometer. I am in the process of seasoning the humidor now. The hygrometer is reading 74 humidity and has increased from 65 over the last 4 days. Is this normal? and does anyone know if this hygrometer has a button to push to calibrate it? I dont see one. I am new to this so any help would be great.

I have one of those. The button is shaped like a diamond and is right above the digital readout. Calibrate it using the salt test(do a search on here, there are hundreds of posts on it) and once it has been in the bag for about 4-6 hours, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. Viola, calibrated. I love the hell out of mine.
