Anyone know plants?

I bought some flowers for my wife for her birthday.
I bought them, cause they were different and cool looking.
But there was no tag on them saying what they were and I have no clue.
Anyone know what these are?

    LMAO What a coincidence! I actually almost described that thing as looking like a clump of tarantula butts.
