    House is emptying out. Had one showing. We can be out in 2 weeks or less if we get a cash buyer. Will be ordering a Beneteau oceanis 37 and living in Clear Lake, TX on Galveston Bay. From there it's wherever "Sail'n Somewhere" takes us. I shouldn't have to worry about humidification once on the boat. LOL. Nothing like fresh salt air and a pipe or stogie. I'll be working on Nautical blends when I get settled. Need to look for some good seaweed to mix in. LOL.
    Set up a Belize bank account etc. For when the Country slides into anarchy. I'll be swinging in a hammock listening to Jimmy Buffet and sipping Margaritas. What could be better. Not a bad way to live out the rest of your life before agent orange and the poisoning at Lejeune Marine Base gets me.
