Sausage, from left to right is Brazilian Lingusa, Andouille, Goat Cheese with Cheddar and the one in the coil is Port / Romano Cheese

The finished products included about 15 lbs of chicken from the smoker (on the left) and a couple of gourmet burger (Jalapeño Cheddar, Blue Cheese and Angus) on the right

What better to finish off the night but a 2010 San Cristobal De La Habana El Principe
