I wiped some off already using my finger...not sure if this is mold...doesn't look like one I've ever seen, but it's surely not something that comes with the cigar...please help

Most looks like some pectin or glue. Roller was over zealous.0

I'm not sure. You say you already been wiping it before pics? You got a magnifying glass? See if it looks like some of the examples in that other thread referenced.
What does mold do to you when smoked? Is it a hallucinogen? Does it taste better or worse than smoked beetle larvae?0 -

It doesn't look bad to me, a little "rustic" looking but i have smoked cigars similar in appearance without any negative outcome.0

Looks a lot like glue coming off... but that last pic makes it look a little fuzzy. Either way, I'd smoke it.0
