Does anybody know what a good brand of mead is? I've been wanting to try it for a while now, but didn't know any good brands.

    Atlantic Brother Adams Honey Braggot Ale is available in most of the New England states. Keep your eye open for it, it's a gem! This site has a fairly comprehensive list of good meads. It should at least give you an idea of some really good meads.

    Meads tend to have such small distributions that what's available changes from state to state. You may want to stop in at your local liqour store and talk to the people there. They should be able to point you to some decent meads.
