Fuente Don Carlos, I don't know why but I always forget how much I enjoy these until I dig another one out of the humi.
Right on! Easily overlooked with the plain AF band. Sadly, with all of the emphasis on the latest and greatest releases, many people will probably never even try one.
After some Cabernet, a meal of homemade pork sausage, roasted cauliflower, greenbeans and dill from our garden I settled in with a Kristoff Maduro. Pigtail cap, shaggy foot, and dark rich hour and forty five minute smoke. My fingers were hot at the finish.Life is good.
Last night started out with a Foundry Elements War of Currents Menlo which was ok, then followed with a 2 year old Padilla Black Bear, really the only large gauge I enjoy. I then finished off with a MF El Centurion, these continue to get better with age. I did notice that the wrapper on the El Centurion was cut a bit to narrow and showed the binder. This only became a problem toward the end it unraveled a bit.
A few I've had over the past week or so: the Asylum and Nomad kicked...my...butt. I didn't think I would like the Asylum after the first couple puffs but then it settled in to a nice profile. the Don Carlos which is just excellent. My first PDR and it was great.

Yeah, need to track down another fiver. I wonder if part of the problem is that the only differentiation is the color at the bottom, I know it kind of annoys me at times that I need to look it up when I order.

LOL. There is a logo with a B that looks similar. Maybe Bahia? Those 13's are really good
I heard you can get Cohiba down there real cheap. Keep an eye out. Enjoy the vacation bro
