It will be an interesting ruling from the court, as all the free speech rulings of late seem to make a large number of people irate. Although, if they say the group is not allowed to this form of free speech I doubt much outside the ACLU take issue---and I believe this will be the case given the conservative nature of the court and overall feeling of the country at this time.
