You guys that were talking about yours not working any longer. A long time back Alex jumped on here and said that they warranty ALL the lighters they sell just like Xikar. You should be able to send them back if this still holds true.
I turn it down until it sputters, or won't light, and then turn it back up a quarter turn. It's not a big tank, so you're always going to be very limited. I think I get about 5-6 lights on average. Maybe more.

Sure thing, also I have two of them, and on one it takes about a half turn to get it to a similar spot, so you're mileage may vary a bit. That one needs to be cleaned, and hasn't worked for a while. I forgot about it until just now.
