One of my smokes was damaged in my Ccom order a few weeks ago. Andy D took care of me on the order that just arrived today, so I feel compelled to appreciate Andy D as well. Thanks Andy, and kudos to the Ccom customer service!
Andy is the man. Not only did he personally call to let me know that something in my order was no longer in stock, he also solved another problem. I received a package from ccom yesterday. I unpacked the box and put the sticks in my humi. All is good. Then today, I'm reading the "What did you get today" thread. Somebody posted picks of what they got, and it was the Torano 5-pack from this weekend. It struck me that I ordered a couple and the weren't in the box. I made a call to ccom and Andy answered. Needless to say, it 30 seconds it was taken care of.
Thanks. For some reason while i read this post at work I missed all those others asking and answering my very same question. I feel like a jackass. Your a good man mrpillow for repeating yourself.
