Three correct. I didn't think this was going to be this difficult. Actually I know it is easy because anyone can look through posts of mine and find at least 5 of my favorites. I was even going to give leeway. I even give some away in my bio. Sad really.

New question then. How many weeks does it take for nicotine to be out of your system enough to pass a life insurance test and get a NON-Smoker rate? i.e. How long since your last cigarette/cigar before it will be low enough levels to not make a positive return?

I read that nicotine remains in your body for a time frame of 72-96 hours, abstaining this long would be enough to pass a urine test / Insurance Test. Metabolites that other tests can detect remain for up to seven days, these can be found with a blood test, with trace residue remaining up to a year ! Often times Insurance companies require that you are tobacco free for up to three years. So, If you smoke even a "Christmas Cigar", you are a smoker.

Life insurance companies do a mouth swab for the presence of nicotine. The answer is not 72-96 hours or seven days or 1 year by this test.

There are a few answers, according to who you ask:

Insurance companies will tell you 30 days
Some labs say as little as 24 hours and others say 2-4 days for a mouth swab

I figured with the kind of beating Tebow has been getting and the media lovefest coming to an end I could retire the picture of him crying. So my plates on my Valkyrie will work just fine
