You know this is why I haven't jailbroken my phone. I feel like instead of having a product that works I'll be right back to trying to find workarounds. Hope you find what you're looking for.

Don't know about how convenient it would be,... but these things are sold unlocked here in Canada. They are probably way more expensive but...
There is a lot of stuf to do to it after unlocking it but some programs just blow. They do have SNES and NES emulators on them after being unlocked though
"unlocking" usually means making it so you can use the phone on any carrier. Since the iTouch isn't a phone I'm not sure what you are after here. You can already download a lot of free stuff for it.
Sorry all my word usage is switched. I meant to say Jailbroken or Jailbreaking. After it is jailbroken with Cydia you can change what the ipod looks like and how some of it functions.
Sorry bro, I'm on vacation. Anyway. 4.0? 3rd gen ipod touch?
No problem. 4.0 firmware. 2nd gen ipod touch.
Still having problems with your touch? If so I would probably suggest reversing it and starting over. My best guess is somewhere in the jailbreaking process something didn't get written right.
