Newby question about using a humidor

  Well, I've just learned from reading here that I need to season my new humidor.. did not know that! 

 Today's question is, should I removed my cigars from the cellophane wrappers when I put them in my humidor?

That differs between everyones tastes. Ive been taking them off of the ones I want to age and leaving them on to the ones that I like trading or want to trade.
