Humidor Seasoning

I got a new humidor from humidorvault dot com.  It is a 50 count. I also got a calibration and seasoning kit.  I left it in for 3 days along with a shot glass with distilled water and had the RH to 75%.  I then stuck the sticks in there and it went down to 69.  Did I not wait long enough?  Can someone help? Thank you.

69% is just fine.Your sticks are going to draw moisture from your humidor.Try not to over think it.It will drive you nuts.

The magical humidity range is 65 to 73. Any lower, and your sticks might dry out. Any higher, you run the risk of beetles and very harsh tasting tobacco.
