I have a problem from time to time with the wrapper coming off about half way down the cigar did it with a trinidad i smoked last week and then with a cheap B&M honduras i smoked a few nights ago the honduras was right out of the shops humi and the trinidad was in my humi for about 6 months. again might just be me being a nub..

How much did you cut off? If you cut off more than just the cap, you're cutting off too much. Doing that will cause your cigar to unravel.

i understand that.. they seem to come undone from the foot end..

Unraveling from the foot? I've never had that happen before. What cigars were these again?

could be your humi is too dry. what you keeping the humitidy level at? or your beating your cigars up. handle with care.

Definitely a humidity or handling issue if they are unraveling from the foot...

well come to think of it.. i had to put the Trinidad out because i was heading into a bar... f*ckin canada..and the cheap B&M was right out of the store.. so i guess i am just a nub...
