I sent in a help ticket 3 different times about not being able to enter the lotto after I earned my 500 wins & all the other requirements were met last week. I got that useless message saying we're aware of the problem & are working on it blah blah blah. Really? I'm sure I don't give a flying fig if someone's working on that problem or 1 million others. I care that I put in A LOT of time to get those wins so I would qualify to enter last week.
