Good luck bro. I'm doing the same thing (I'm at 226 now) and doing the same routine you are. Gym MWF and runs TTH. In order to answer properly, are you changing your diet at all?

Im game for that what do you want to do. First to loose 30/target weight or.. most loss by March 1st? when i go to gym in AM ill get exact weight.
I say which ever one comes first if one of us lose the 30 before march 1st they win. If neither one of us hit 30 by march 1st then who ever lost the most weight. We can weigh in once a week each weekend.

Feb. 27, 2011. Lay off the simple carbs, and eat complex carbs instead. Congrats on wanting to lose weight and doing something positive. You are going to feel sooo much better, you may even change your target weight. If you do it before my guess date...I'll send YOU some sticks. Be strong and stay positive, we are all behind you.
