Honestly, the strength isn't really on par with the Opus or anything. Medium bodied, medium-full at most. If you smoke Diesel or MOW you'll be more than okay with this.

I like them better but that is not to say that they are better. It comes down to taste. I like the Carlito but I like the Don Carlos blend a lot more. They fit my tastes better than an Opus X.

For me, no. But they both are awesome. If you can get Opus at MSRP though, they are the better smoke for your dollar, IMHO.

I had one with my brother not too long ago. Chilly night but the cigar was very good. Forgetting about the weather was easy with the good company and cigar, of course.

IMO yes. The Carlito is the perfect example of everything a Cameroon wrapper should provide. The Don Carlos is fantastic as well. I bought a GOF and for Opus on Labor Day and was able to figure out which I preferred. It's close, but the GOF wins.

IMO GoF Carlito, Anejo 50, Hemingway Signature Maduro. I haven't had an Opus but those r my favs.

IM not crazy about the lower end stuff. cheapest i enjoy are the roisado's. if you like ss go to work of art, better bang foir your buck, just a ss on steroids. all don carlos are incredible, no 2 being my fave. i have a gof in my humi waiting until new years eve or xmas night for it.

I prefer the Anejo and Opus X. the GoF is good, but that's it, not amazing. I've had both Carlos and Carlito and they just don't stack up to the others. That's just my opinion.
