Guess what I ate tonight/2000 post contest...

I had four tacos for dinner (not from Taco Bell.... a REAL Mexican restaurant). All different toppings. First to guess the main ingredient(s) of all four gets a nice bomb. Usual rules apply. One guess per day. I'll update as correct guesses are made.

**UPDATE** Just noticed that I reached 2000 posts with this thread (thanks, kaspera). Guess I'll make the this a milestone bomb, as well. Whoever gets this one gets a nice bomb their way!

So far two people guessed at least one of the main ingredients. Remember, all four tacos had four DIFFERENT main toppings. No repeats. Toppings like lettuce, tomato, guac, sour cream, salsa etc. are not guesses. Keep guessing.......

I ate a goat in Afghanistan that had been running around our camp only a few short hours before and it was delicious! Afghan cuisine is really some tasty stuff.

Ahhhh...now I understand. Can I revise my answer, I thougt all four had the same main ingredient. I'll guess: Beans, Fish, chile rellano, lamb.
