Here is your answer.... a "herf" is a terrm cigar smokers use to describe smoking cigars. You will see here a title "SoCal Herf" meaning lets get together and have smoke some cigars with botl from Souther California. Hope that helps. Welcome to the forum

Perfect definition of a herf! If you looked herf up in the dictionary it would say So Cal.
