Couldn't get the picture to upload(the neighbors wireless bites...), but a Quesada Oktoberfest is making the front porch a nicer place while I'm watching the sun start to peek over the mountains.
Tried to cut a pepin jj beli before this and the wrapper was so fragile after the v cut it was not even worth lighting, it is now drying with pectin. This ladc ee from the same humi appeared to be fine.
Had a Kinky Friedman Texas Series today in the Lone Star vitola (4.5" X 54) thanks to Armaes8 on my way to work. REally surprised by this guy since I hadn't heard too much good or bad.... really really dug this one; heavy notes of vanilla spice, cream, cedar, leather, almond and a smoky oak. Those were the main undertoens and highlights with the leather and smoky oak making up the core of the profile.... I'd definitely smoke tons more of these if I get the opportunity! Thanks Antonio!
