Vega Fina Toro

image This 6×50 stick offers a light tan wrapper with a very soft smooth feel, small veins, tight seams, a soft spongy give and a soft tobacco aroma. First light reveals a great draw, decent smoke output and a medium bodied flavor of a dry tobacco with creamy smoke. The first third is a bit on the plain side but smooth and well blended, giving a creamy wood flavor with a bit of pepper. The finish is short and clean, just leaving a touch of zing. The 2nd third starts at the 20 min mark with the ash falling in one big chunk. Flavors shift from the wood to a light creamy leather while construction remains perfect. Ending at the 1 hour mark where it began to get very warm, the last third showed no changes, just the same great flavors and performance as the 2nd. http://cigarobsession.com/cigar-reviews/vega-fina-toro-cigar-review/

Burnt a Lonsdale Vega Fina this afternoon. Mild? Sure. Chalk is mild too. Creamy? Sure, it was creamy. Creamy like you ordered up a cup of hot water and poured some cream in it. I do like cream in my coffee. It just doesn't make sense without the coffee. Nice stick to smoke if you're smoking something else at the same time you're smoking this.

I nominate webmost for the most amusing cigar reviews/comments award. That's fantastic.
