Anyone watching the new HBO series? I like it. I heard it described as medieval Sopranos, which so far seems about right.

Haven't watched it yet, but I've heard it's fairly faithful to the books. I've read the first two, and they're ok. I might buy the third one.

I watched one episode, looked pretty good but it on like at 0100 in the morning here so probably wont catch another one.

My girl has read all the books, and watched all the episodes out so far. ive caught the first and shes recording the others for me. damn good stuff.

A co-worker of mine is big into that. Apparently the charcters eat an an Inn? He is cooking the meals from the Inn and has decorated his dining room in that sort of motif. Like I said.....the guy is into it....

I'm digging it so far. There's a lot of good shows on the big networks this year, borgias, and camelot as well.

Love the series (can't wait for A Dance with Dragons in July!) and caught a few episodes of the series on the road. Very faithful to the text, and reminded me of why I love the series.

For those that haven't read the books: stay tuned. This story is incredible and will hammer you between the eyes with awesomeness...
