I thought that this line was discontinued at the same time that the Fusion (habano and Double Maduro - MM) were discontinued, if not before. The Royal Vintage seems to have made a resurgence lately as I see them advertised pretty heavily here and elsewhere in the wide world of the interwebs.
Does anyone know if this was re-released, or was someone sitting on a big inventory of these which have just now been released (or discovered)? Or maybe I'm completely wrong and this line was never discontinued.
I've only had one of these - I thought it was pretty good, nothing to write home about but something I would smoke again. I'm thinking if these were the original release that have been aging in a warehouse somewhere they might be worth picking up.

As far as I know I thought they were discontinued too. They went on clearance a while back and I scooped up a 20 cigar sampler. Like the taste of it then (kinda in between the 90 and 92 imo). Wonder how these taste compared to the first batch.
