Yes, it's another Vegas post

So i'm looking into a Vegas trip for me and the wife over Labor Day weekend and i'm looking for suggestions on where to stay or where not to stay. Neither of us are big gamblers and shopping won't be high on the to-do list either. I know the misses will want to hit the pool at least one day so a nice pool area will be a plus. Any help is greatly appreciated guys, thanks in advance.

MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay have excellent pools. Definetely skip NYNY, it is small and in the shade most of the day. Harrah's pool is not good either, just a typical olympic size with nothing special.

Will be traveling there in October and staying at the Aria, but if the pool is a major attraction then MGM is probably the way to go.

I really like Mandalay a lot when I was there.

Aria is incredible! The casino is extremely nice and well ventilated. There are numerous air intakes to clean the air that are part of the decor so you dont notice them. You can sit next to someone smoking and not smell the smoke! The pool issue is actually at Vdara which is adjacent to Aria so the pool at Aria is good to go. The Vdara pool issue has been resolved I believe.

I'm heading out tomorrow for three days. Not sure where I'm staying, but I'm sure it'll be ridiculously hot.
