Tubed cigars in humi

I have some tubed cigars. They are in plastic transparent tubes. Look sealed. Should I take them out of the tubes before putting it in my humi, or keep them in the tubes in humi? Thanks.

Could not humidity inside the tube be a lot lower than in humi in theory?
