i got a few checks over the weekend and we have a new owner, but I think everything on the first page here is up to date... please take a look and let me know if there are any errors...
I also set our draft for 6:16pm Pacific on Wed 8/31... 90 seconds per pick and draft order to be randomized by ESPN 30 min prior to drafting... we should be good to go... let me know if there are any issues0 -
I dont know if Im still 2nd commish Rob, so I didnt want to go in and change anything without letting your do it--------but you set the draft up for 615pm et....not 615pm pt.......probably wanna change that asap.0

See you changed the draft time----very good. I am not against a 16 team league, Ive done one before...but I do feel that you may want to then do a few changes------- make it 4 divisions instead of 2. 4 Divison winners make the playoffs plus the next 4 best records regardless of division.
Payouts should change slightly also......1st place 135, 2nd Place 75, 4 Division Winners 40 each, and 3rd place Bowl Winner 30----------------Dont have to change to 4 divisions if you dont want, but this way it still makes for a decent payout and allows for another 2 people to possibly get in on the winnings----league winner could still get 175 if they win their division too.0 -

16 team league should be interesting. The talent pool is going to thin out real quick in the draft. Its going to be all about playing the match ups and finding those surprise players.0

I think knowledge of actual football just gets in the way. Just look at things like rotowire and don't try to understand why Player X is MVP but sucks nuts for you every week. Oh yeah, and get lucky. Very lucky. In fact, be prepared to drain the luck out of the rest of your life to win, lolgaberox:

+1 to that. Last year, I started with Brees as my QB and he was horrible. The key is to keep up with it every week and luck into a long shot every now and then. You never know who's gonna have a career day. Conversly, you never know what superstar didn't get laid saturday night and is gonna blow on the field sunday.0 -
