Today was a Quesada Jalapa Robusto. While I enjoyed the flavor profile this cigar provided, cedar, with a creaminess and a bit of spice kick on the retrohale, .. the wrapper was a nightmare. It split the entire length of the cigar within a minute of lighting it. The band was the only thing keeping it together. I store my cigars properly, and have never experienced a self-destruct like this one before. Had to toss it halfway through because I didn't want to fight it any longer.
