Is it true a couple of years back that CAO was purchased by another tobacco company? I ask this because I did enjoy the Italia and Brazillian untill my father recieved a bad shipment full of stems. That is when my father found out the company had possibly change hands. He sent them back to the manufactor and they sent him a couple of boxes and apology. Ever since then I have never purchased a CAO for fear of changes in quality.

Yes, any google search will give you the full explanation. I haven't had any pre-switch, but I enjoy the Italia the most, then the Brazilia, Soprano, Cameroon are all good smokes. Never had any construction issues with mine, but maybe I am just lucky

The OSA Sol's been the first cigar released since being bought by the General Cigar Company, and I think it's a great cigar.
