Articles everywhere on it. I would rather make one out of wood personally, but if you want something very contemporary looking then it is a great option. Make sure to get at least a 24bottle and you can go to www.wineadors.com to see shelf conversion kits

I have a winedor! I think its the smartest move I've ever made for my smokes! If you have any questions just PM me. Instead of pilig boxes in mine, I made Spanish Cedar drawers. All together I spend about $150 and it holds about 175 cigars. I think its an excellent deal compared to humidors! It controls temp and humidity for about the same price.

I have a twelve bottle one big difference I did was cut planks of 1/4" cedar and used those as my shelving. I also use trays that you can purchase online. It looks a lot better than using the wire racks and it is a lot more stable. I highly recommend it

Well an update, I found someone selling a $500 Wine Cooler for $25 bucks on craigslist. It's out of freon, luckily my buddy can refill/fix this, but I don't really need it too cool because my house never gets too hot in the summer. I plan on putting an OASIS system inside. Win for me! Picking it up Sat! Will post pics.

sounds like a good deal. I like using thermoelectric vs compressor due to the RH spikes but I know of a lot of people that use compressor units. I my self have a 2 Thermoelectic units that running. Had 3 but my wines needed it more than the cigars. lol

i have a 28ct edgestar, with 2 lbs of beads. had some shelves and drawers made out of sp cedar. 2 oust fans for added circulation. the only issue i have is with some condensation in the summer when the cooler runs more. i rigged up some plastic tubing through the drainhole and it takes it out of the unit, but needs to be emptied every few days when its really hot.

Another plus to using thermoelectric vs. compressor has to do with condensation from what I understand. I don't have a winador myself, but most everyone I know that does have one uses Thermoelectric for that reason. With a little lookin' you can actually find a few dudes who make custom shelves and drawers for various models of winecoolers, that you can order online.

The one I have is Thermoelectric. I've never had to empty a drain. Do you think its because its no compressor? I don't know much about the physics of it but I read alot and everyone on multiple sites suggested thermoelectric. So I waited for a good deal, then built Spanish Cedar drawer, and over filled with conserval gel. Its been the best investment ever! I have no doubt that I can leave for a few months and return to excellent kept cigars!
