Need some help for an idea

Good morning everyone. I've got an idea I think is a really good one bouncing around in my head, but unfortunately it is in an area of expertise in which I am a total no-go - WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT! I figure in this community of ours we have got to have somebody or somebodIES who are up to speed on this kind of stuff that I can bounce ideas off and who may be able to help me get this project up and running.
