I don't think Libs see Cigars as a vice, they just see it as another thing to tax. The more taxes they create is the more money to redistribute to those financially dependent on the government. Most libs support legalizing Marijuana, why? because it would lead to more tax dollars for them to "give" to people. One saying comes to mind when I think of the relationship between the democrats and their welfare carrying voters. "The hand you hold, is the hand that holds you down"

gott, I too started on a deep and long winded reply. But I think this one is better. Lets just agree to disagree. Politics is one of those things none of us are going to completely agree on. This isn't a forum for that IMO, and I apologize taking it there. Now if we are ever face to face I'd be happy to debate this subject more. Thanks for your two cents though and I will say I definetly don't disagree with everything you are saying.

Ditto. Didn't mean to rant so much on that last one, too, the debate just kind of went a direction that happened to be something the past couple of days at work made me pretty P.O.'d about for specific reasons I won't go into here. Anways... back to cigars... the Nub is awesome, and once again glad to hear you had a good time meeting Sam Leccia.

I have a Nub sampler on the way. Should arrive in the next day or two. I'm very much looking forward to checking them out.

You are lucky I've had the Connecticut & Cameroon. Im still new to cigars so the Cameroon was a little to spicy for my liking. The Connecticut was divine though. I wish all cigars tasted like that. This Friday night I will be enjoying the Habano probably.

LOL, bc once you have the Cameroon and Habano the Conneticut will be dissappointing. Assuming you are more into medium-full cigars.
  • kaspera79kaspera79 Everyone, Registered Users Posts: 7,144
That is an experience I can agree with. I did the very same thing and wished for more Habanos, although they are all very good in their own way.

I have to say the Connecticut didn't knock me out. It was good, but not terribly much flavor.
