And George Soros, whats-his-name, the founder/owner of Progressive insurance, MoveOn all do the exact same thing. Elections have consequences, and both sides have money they're willing to spend to see their priorities enacted.

What's your solution? Tell private citizens they're not allowed to comment on elections or talk about what they see as the right/wrong policies? You'd crimp the First Amendment because you don't like what some people have to say?

If you're gonna talk about curbing free speech, you need to consider more than just the people you don't like; you need to consider the fact that it'll eventually be used to curb YOUR speech as well.
