Nice write up with great pictures!
I burned one of these last night sitting on the deck with the wife and a glass of Maker's Mark on the rocks. She finally gave up on me after an hour and a half when I still had a good inch-and-a-half left to smoke...
I agree with one of Steve's first notes that this cigar is just heavy. You can feel it as soon as you pick it up that this will take some time to get through. It was a lot more mellow than I expected it to be given the spiciness I've had in the other Diesels (and with a name like Crucible you kind of expect a blow to the head). I liked Steve's description that at times it did taste almost damp. I'm still working on my palate but that is an excellent description of a portion of the smoke.
At $12 they do seem steep, but like Steve, it was just too good not get more of them before they're gone.
