My mother in law had this problem in her minivan every time she made a sharp left turn. Turned out to be bad fuse. But a minivan and a jeep is a bit .................................. different.
been busy at work (thank god for the bus!) but since i had today off i went and got the battery tested, it tested good, twice. so i picked up some sockets and wrenches to pull the battery tray and the alternator to try and get it tested but the dang socket set i got didnt have the 15mm socket i need.... grumble grumble grumble
i ended up tightening the belt and changing out the battery terminals and the tring started right up..... but the check engine light is still on so i guess it'll be another day...

Check engine lights are always emissions related. If your check engine light flashes on and off every second well you have a engine miss fire wich is not good!!
My CEL is gone, it was for something else that i had gotten done and i had forgotten to reset it, it was running fine then the e fan completely destroyed itself so i have one on order, but now it wont start without a jump then it runs just fine till i turn it off, volt gauge shows it looking fine while running..... im at a loss, might go get the battery tested again...
it will click and then i will have to pull the battery cables off and drain the system or nothing electrical will work. (im sorry if my replies arent very precise, im all medded up right now.)
so ive been troubleshooting and troubleshooting this thing for weeks, but today i took the ground cables off, reattached em, and i was good to go. The jeep starts right up!
