I understand having opinions, but when you are a public spokesperson for a company, alienating ~50% of their customers isn't the wisest of business decisions.

Geico is an insurance business, and they want to insure as many people as possible, REGARDLESS of the political leanings of those prospective clients. If you have an agent or spokesperson who alienates half of your potential client base, that guy has got to go.
